  • On which markets do we operate?

    We currently focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, where we operate across 12 countries. Our solution can be deployed remotely, therefore all countries are eligible, as long as there is data connectivity.

  • Where are we located?

    We operate from our offices in Nairobi (Kenya) and Paris (France).

  • How much is the set up fee?

    The fixed cost depends on the number of workflows to be implemented, their complexity and if there are ad hoc integrations to be done, with an ERP for example.

  • How long does it take to deploy the solution?

    First we hold a scoping session with the users to understand clearly the workflows to be implemented. Then we customise the application and the dashboards accordingly, which takes from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity. We roll out gradually after a pilot.

Product

  • What is the security around the data collected?

    We use Amazon Web Services cloud storage, that are fully secured and redundant. Data collected for each client is restricted to the client usage. We take data privacy very seriously. All communication between the phones and the servers are encrypted.

  • Can Optimetriks replace paper forms?

    Yes. Optimetriks enables you to remove the paper document, call cards from sales rep or delivery orders. All the information usually contained on paper is digitised,  geo tagged and time stamped. We also have a signature module.

  • Is Optimetriks application able to scan QR codes and bar codes?

    Yes, for every product delivery or to place an order, through our application, the user can flash the bar code. The content of the QR/bar code will be retrieved and associated to the form submitted by the user.

  • What are the requirements to use our mobile application?

    Our solution requires a phone with at least Android 6, 1GB of RAM, a camera and GPS.
